JUGS #76 Color Challenge

This was going to be my first submission to Just Us Girls weekly challenge. Unfortunately, when I got there the linky list had closed early. Oh well, it was fun making my card anyway. I don't usually use these colors so it was a bit of a challenge. Everything is Close To My Heart except for the sentiment. I got that from Paper Makeup Stamps. I used a couple of my Cuddlebug folders for distressing and everything is sponged. Hope you enjoy!

Happy Birthday, Devin

Twenty one years ago today I was in the delivery room with my stepdaughter, Cassandra. She was about to become a mother to a special little boy. Although, she was just a child herself, she was determined to be the best mom she could be. I am very proud to say that she did a fine job in raising her son to be a man. She had help along the way...thanks Lynn for raising Devin as your own. You are one great guy. If the name Mr. Wonderful wasn't already taken, I might have to give that name to you. So, Happy Birthday, Devin. I hope you realize how much you're loved! Grandma Sue
